​Purpose of the Job: Reporting to the Manager: Panel Management the successful incumbent will be responsible for office administration which includes receiving, scanning and filing of documents for COO approvals, query routing and follow up and maintaining accurate registers.

Key Performance Areas

Attend to receiving, printing, photocopying, faxing and scanning of documents for COO linked to approvals and other processes. Ensure confidentiality of all documents under control and that correspondence from the COO’s office reaches intended recipients.
Accurately type and prepare correspondence.
Correctly file categorise store and retrieve documents.
Ensure that telephone calls and messages are attended to in an efficient and professional manner.
Assist with diary management and scheduling of meetings.
Create and maintain accurate and up to date registers and records.
Attend to resolution of queries in an appropriate and timely manner.

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma or Advanced Certificate @ NQF Level 6 related qualification.
Relevant 2 years’ experience in the similar environment.

Remuneration

Total cost to company applicable to this position is minimum R270 525.00 per annum, negotiable.

NB: “RAF offers Total Employment Cost packages with no contributions from the Employer, successful candidates are required to structure their packages in manner that will suit their needs”.
