Purpose of the Job: Reporting to the HRIS Manager, the successful incumbent will be accountable to assist in supporting the human resources information systems function

Key Performance Areas

Management of Time management functions.
Update Personal information on SAP HR.
Test planning.
Business Support
Participate in Human Resources Projects.
Induction and Training

Qualifications and Experience

NQF 7 (Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma) related qualification in Information Technology/Human Resources.
Certification in SAP ERP system will be an added advantage.
TOGAF Certification will be an added advantage
ITIL Certification will be an added advantage
Certificate in Project Management
Relevant 3 years’ experience in a HR Information Systems and Data management environment

Microsoft Excel, Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
Effective communication skills.
Good interpersonal Skills
Good analytical Skills
Knowledge of Relevant Labour Legislation
HR Systems (SAP HCM)
Report Writing


Total cost to company applicable to this position is minimum R349 998.00 per annum, negotiable.

NB: “RAF offers Total Employment Cost packages with no contributions from the Employer, successful candidates are required to structure their packages in manner that will suit their needs”.
