Purpose of the Job: To ensure all new claims lodged are registered within prescribed time periods and to perform quality checks on registration assistants.

Key Performance Areas

Registration of new and late claims.
Ensuring accurate information is captured.
Keeping registers of all claims registered.
Opening File covers.
Monitoring registration assistants
Performing duplicate checks on the claims registered.
Attending to queries.

Qualifications and Experience

NQF 7(Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma) in related qualification.
Relevant 3 years’ experience in claims environment.
Office management experience.

Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication.

Good understanding and a sound and practical knowledge of RAF policies, procedures and practices.

Remuneration

The total cost to company the minimum remuneration package applicable to this position is

R349 998.00 per annum and will be negotiable commensurate with experience
